Meet the staff of Mbody Yoga! {Jacksonville, Fl}. I accompanied my good friend Isel {you've seen her engagement session & bridal shower on the blog} to a hot yoga class at Mbody one day and I absolutely fell in love with everything about it. The teachers were amazing, the experience was wonderful, and I felt so great afterwards! It became one of my favorite past-times, and I noticed such a difference in myself physically, mentally and emotionally in such a short time. I have been attending classes since November 2013, and have just grown to adore the staff and the students. Dawn, one of the managers, asked if I would photograph an event they were planning for all of the staff members to participate in team-building activities, and of course I happily accepted! Not only was it a beautiful day, it was entirely too much fun! Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and full of life & humor that I couldn't help but wear a smile the entire day.
